Ireland Hates Guns N’ Roses

Tags: , , , , ,

Not all shows this week went as well as the Eminem/Jay-Z one did.  Guns N’ Roses were scheduled to play in Ireland on Wednesday (9/1) but of course, Axl took his sweet time in taking the stage.  After making the crowd wait for an hour and a half, he finally decided to go on, only to be met with thunderous boos and bottles being thrown at him.  The singer quickly stopped the show, gave the crowd a warning and then walked off.  Check it out above as the side chatter that can be heard is priceless.  As for the the staff member who told the crowd they were dealing with “technical difficulties,” you didn’t fool anyone.  The entire arena saw what happened.

“just wanted to take the time to announce the official @blackcards: spencer peterson @spncr – bebe rexha @beberexha – me – and nate patterson @getnateatwitteraccount – more info on songs, releases and what not soon.”

Drummer Spencer Peterson has worked with Saves The Day and Cobra Starship.  Guitarist Nate Patterson played with The Receiving End Of Sirens and The Deer Hunter.
